| This conference will pair professors Owen Flanagan and Robert Thurman to analyze and debate the theory of Karma. It will posit new ways of looking at Karma in the 21st century.
It will address questions like how does it work, what evidence is there for its existence, what does it tell us about the nature of the mind and what value might karmic reasoning have in a postmodern liberal society. |
